{"id":196,"date":"2021-07-21T15:37:32","date_gmt":"2021-07-21T13:37:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lesgourmetsgrigous.fr\/?p=196"},"modified":"2021-07-21T15:38:22","modified_gmt":"2021-07-21T13:38:22","slug":"cheesecake-au-citron-sans-cuisson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesgourmetsgrigous.fr\/index.php\/2021\/07\/21\/cheesecake-au-citron-sans-cuisson\/","title":{"rendered":"Cheesecake au citron sans cuisson"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la base :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>100 g de flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li><li>100 g de p\u00e2te de dattes ou 5 dattes Medjool<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la cr\u00e8me :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>400 g de yaourt soja citron<\/li><li>Jus de 3 citrons, id\u00e9alement 2 jaunes et 1 vert<\/li><li>120 ml de lait de soja ou amande<\/li><li>5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/li><li>Zeste des 3 citrons<\/li><li>3 g d&rsquo;Agar-agar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>La pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la base :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un robot, mixez finement les flocons d&rsquo;avoine et la coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez la p\u00e2te de datte (ou les dattes) afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te compacte. Si besoin rajoutez de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pressez \u00e0 la main la p\u00e2te au fond d&rsquo;un plat rectangulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9servez au frais le temps de pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la cr\u00e8me : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole, versez le lait, le jus de citrons, le sirop d&rsquo;agave, le zeste et l&rsquo;Agar-agar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 fr\u00e9missement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirez du feu et ajoutez le yaourt. M\u00e9langez le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez imm\u00e9diatement sur la base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9servez au frais au moins deux heures.
