Egouttez les pois chiche et pelez les. Emincez l&rsquo;ail, l&rsquo;oignon et le gingembre. Coupez le tofu en petits cubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, dans un wok, faites revenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile les \u00e9pices : le curry, le paprika fum\u00e9 et le poivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite faites revenir l&rsquo;ail, l&rsquo;oignon et le gingembre. Ajoutez les fleurettes de chou-fleur dans les \u00e9pices, pendant 5 minutes. Bien m\u00e9langer pour que les \u00e9pices se m\u00e9langent bien au chou-fleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez ensuite la chair de tomate, le concentr\u00e9 de tomate et la sauce soja. Ajoutez un peu d&rsquo;eau, si besoin, pour \u00e9viter que le wok colle.
