Faites les cuire \u00e0 la vapeur 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une casserole, \u00e9crasez les patates avec un morceau de beurre et 10 \u00e0 15cl de cr\u00e8me fraiche. La pur\u00e9e doit \u00eatre onctueuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Le steak de thon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il doit \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 au frais jusqu&rsquo;au moment de la cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Huilez la po\u00eale. Lorsque celle-ci est bien chaude, d\u00e9posez le steak. Il doit cuire 2 minutes c\u00f4t\u00e9 recto, puis retournez le c\u00f4t\u00e9 verso afin qu&rsquo;il cuise 2 minutes \u00e9galement.
