Faites le r\u00e9duire d&rsquo;un tiers \u00e0 feu doux. Attention, surveillez bien votre casserole, un accident peut tr\u00e8s vite arriver. Laissez le refroidir pendant une journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lendemain, mixer l&rsquo;aquafaba jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il monte \u00ab\u00a0en neige\u00a0\u00bb.
