{"id":108,"date":"2020-05-17T17:49:27","date_gmt":"2020-05-17T15:49:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lesgourmetsgrigous.fr\/?p=108"},"modified":"2020-05-17T18:01:30","modified_gmt":"2020-05-17T16:01:30","slug":"houmous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lesgourmetsgrigous.fr\/index.php\/2020\/05\/17\/houmous\/","title":{"rendered":"Houmous"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Id\u00e9al pour un ap\u00e9ritif entre amis ou pour accompagner un chou-fleur grill\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>une conserve de pois chiches de 400g<\/li><li>une gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de Tahini<\/li><li>5 \u00e0 10cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>un demi citron press\u00e9<\/li><li>sel &amp; poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>La pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Egouttez les pois chiches et r\u00e9servez l&rsquo;aquafaba (ou \u00ab\u00a0jus de pois chiches\u00a0\u00bb), <a href=\"http:\/\/lesgourmetsgrigous.fr\/index.php\/2020\/05\/17\/mousse-au-chocolat-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on s&rsquo;en servira apr\u00e8s<\/a> avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le houmous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enlevez la peau des pois chiches. Pour cela mettez les dans un bol d&rsquo;eau et frottez les entre vos mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les peaux enlev\u00e9es, d\u00e9posez les pois chiches dans un mixer avec la gousse d&rsquo;ail coup\u00e9e en petits morceaux, la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de Tahini, le jus du demi citron et 5cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajoutez le sel et le poivre. Mixer et ajoutez quelques cuill\u00e8res d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance homog\u00e8ne.
